01 / OVERVIEW

What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small text records placed on a browser or device by a website or a service used by that website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software-development kits, and identifiers that remember a setting, measure an interaction, or help a service operate. This policy uses “cookies” as a convenient collective term unless a distinction is important.

The Cenqora Process website may use cookies to operate Shopify features, remember theme or consent preferences, maintain security, understand page performance, and assess how visitors move through the website. The exact cookies present at any time depend on the active Shopify theme, store configuration, installed applications, embedded media, analytics services, and consent tools. The website owner should periodically scan the live store and update this policy when those systems change.

A browser-stored color-theme preference may be used to remember whether a visitor selected the dark or light visual mode. This preference is functional: it avoids resetting the interface on each page load and is not intended to identify the visitor for advertising.

02 / CATEGORIES

Necessary, functional, analytics, and marketing storage

Strictly necessary cookies support essential functions such as security, load balancing, fraud prevention, page routing, consent storage, and ecommerce or account functions enabled by Shopify. Blocking these technologies may prevent the website or an enabled transaction feature from operating correctly.

Functional cookies remember choices that improve usability, such as theme mode, interface preferences, language, or previously selected settings. They do not always qualify as strictly necessary, but they reduce repeated configuration.

Analytics cookies may provide aggregated information about visits, viewed pages, referral sources, device categories, performance, errors, and interaction patterns. Cenqora Process can use this information to improve page structure, accessibility, and content. Analytics should be configured to collect only the information reasonably needed.

Advertising or measurement cookies may be placed if advertising, remarketing, conversion measurement, or embedded third-party media is later enabled. These tools can recognize a browser across services. Where required, they should remain inactive until the visitor provides the appropriate consent. Cenqora Process does not state that such tools are active merely because this policy describes the category.

03 / FIRST AND THIRD PARTIES

Who may place a cookie

First-party cookies are associated with the website domain. Third-party cookies or equivalent identifiers are controlled by another provider whose service is integrated into the website. Shopify and infrastructure providers may set necessary or operational cookies. Analytics, customer-support, scheduling, payment, video, or marketing providers may set additional cookies when their features are enabled.

Third-party providers determine their own cookie names, durations, and uses under their policies. Cenqora Process does not control a provider's independent processing. Before enabling an application or embed, the website owner should review its permissions, data practices, contractual terms, retention settings, international transfers, and consent compatibility.

The website intentionally avoids `mailto`, telephone, and mapping links in the supplied interface. Plain-text contact details do not themselves create cookies. Following a legal-page link within the store may still cause Shopify or the hosting environment to receive ordinary technical request information.

04 / CONTROLS

Your available choices

If a cookie consent tool is displayed, use it to accept, reject, or configure nonessential categories. A choice may be stored so the website does not ask on every visit. Clearing browser storage can remove that choice and cause the banner to appear again.

Most browsers allow users to view, block, or delete cookies and to limit cross-site tracking. Browser settings vary, and blocking all cookies can affect store navigation, preferences, checkout, security, and other functions. Device privacy controls may also restrict identifiers used by applications or browsers. A private-browsing mode typically limits persistence but does not make activity invisible to networks, websites, or service providers.

Some browsers send Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, or similar signals. Treatment of those signals depends on applicable law, the live website configuration, and provider support. Cenqora Process will honor legally required signals when the active technical systems permit them.

05 / DURATION AND DATA

Session and persistent storage

A session cookie generally expires when the browser session ends. A persistent cookie remains until its stated expiration or until it is deleted. Local storage may remain without a conventional cookie expiration and should be removed through the relevant browser controls. Provider-defined duration can change when a service updates its technology.

Information associated with cookies may include a random identifier, consent status, selected theme, timestamps, viewed routes, referral information, browser details, coarse device attributes, and interaction events. It should not include complete passwords or payment-card numbers. Information collected through cookies is handled consistently with the Privacy Policy and any provider terms that apply.

06 / POLICY UPDATES AND CONTACT

Keeping this notice current

This Cookie Policy may be revised when the website, theme, applications, analytics configuration, consent platform, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest published version. Material changes may be highlighted through the website when appropriate.

Questions about website storage or consent settings can be directed to the details below. Include the browser, device, approximate time, and page involved when reporting a technical concern, but do not include passwords or sensitive credentials.
