This Privacy Policy describes how Cenqora Process collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with this website and with inquiries about automation, integration, process design, monitoring, and related professional services. It applies to website visitors, prospective clients, authorized representatives of clients, and individuals who communicate with the company about a project.

The policy does not govern a client's independent handling of personal information, nor does it replace a separate data-processing agreement when one is required for a particular engagement. When Cenqora Process processes information solely on a client's documented instructions, the client generally determines the purposes and means of that processing and remains responsible for providing appropriate notices and establishing a lawful basis.

Information provided, generated, or observed

Information you provide may include your name, business contact details, company name, role, project description, selected service, budget context, preferred communication channel, and any operational information included in your message. During an engagement, clients may also provide system requirements, process maps, sample records, access details through approved methods, testing data, and communications needed to configure or support an automation.

Technical information may include browser type, device type, approximate location derived from network information, operating system, referring page, viewed pages, timestamps, interaction events, and cookie or similar identifiers. The precise information available depends on the Shopify theme, installed applications, analytics configuration, hosting providers, and consent settings active on the website.

The interactive request form supplied with this website validates entries in the visitor's browser and displays a confirmation state. Unless the website owner later connects the form to an approved Shopify form handler, CRM, or other submission service, that interface alone does not transmit the entered content to Cenqora Process. Visitors should use only an active, confirmed communication channel when a response is required.

Please do not submit passwords, complete payment card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information through a general inquiry field. Project access credentials should be shared only through a separately agreed secure method and should be limited to the least access necessary.

Why information is used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries; evaluate whether a requested service can be provided; prepare scopes, estimates, proposals, and agreements; plan and deliver approved work; configure and test automations; communicate about milestones, access, exceptions, and support; invoice for services; maintain business and accounting records; secure systems; troubleshoot failures; prevent misuse; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where permitted, business contact information may be used for limited follow-up relating to an inquiry or existing commercial relationship. Cenqora Process does not represent that it sells personal information, and it does not use client workflow data for unrelated advertising. Any materially different use should be explained at the time the information is collected or agreed in writing with the affected client.

Limited access for operational purposes

Information may be disclosed to hosting, ecommerce, analytics, communication, cloud storage, accounting, security, automation-platform, and professional-service providers when their services are reasonably necessary. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. The exact providers used for a client project depend on the agreed technical stack and the accounts selected or controlled by the client.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with a subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal obligation; to protect the rights, safety, and property of Cenqora Process, clients, or others; to investigate fraud or abuse; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Cenqora Process does not authorize service providers to use client-confidential workflow content for their independent marketing. A client considering an integration should review the privacy, security, data-location, and retention practices of each third-party platform before authorizing its use.

Records are kept only as reasonably needed

Retention depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was obtained, contractual requirements, backup cycles, dispute risk, and legal or accounting obligations. General inquiry records may be retained while an opportunity is active and for a reasonable follow-up period. Contracts, invoices, and transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and limitation rules. Project configuration materials may be retained for support, warranty, or continuity purposes as agreed with the client.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted, anonymized, or isolated from ordinary use. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove information from encrypted backups, archival records, legal holds, or third-party platforms controlled by a client. A client remains responsible for its own source systems and for removing Cenqora Process access when an engagement ends.

Reasonable safeguards, not absolute guarantees

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures may include access limitation, strong authentication where supported, separation of development and production data, logging, tested exception handling, encrypted services, and limited credential exposure. No website, network, integration, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access and should not send sensitive credentials through ordinary form fields or unencrypted messages.

Some providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Those locations may apply different data-protection rules. Where a contractual transfer mechanism is required, the parties may address it in a service agreement or data-processing addendum appropriate to the engagement.

Access, correction, deletion, and objection

Depending on location and applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. A request may require reasonable identity verification and may be limited by legal exemptions, confidentiality obligations, the rights of others, or the fact that Cenqora Process processes the information only for a client.

Browser controls may block or delete cookies, and an available consent banner may provide more specific controls. Disabling necessary storage may prevent parts of the website from working correctly. Cenqora Process does not respond to every browser signal unless required by applicable law and technically supported by the active website configuration.

This website and the services are directed to business users and are not intended for children. Cenqora Process does not knowingly seek personal information from children. If such information is believed to have been submitted, a parent or guardian may request its review and appropriate deletion.
